Description
To proceed with your visa application, please fill out the attached sample form as completely. If you are unsure about any information, leave it blank. Once you have completed the form, please return it to us as along with your passport, BRP card/UK residency, and copies of any previous Schengen visas that you have held.
A consultation call will be scheduled after we have received this information to further discuss the application.
Business Visa
Original, signed passport: The passport must have at least 2 blank pages for visa purposes, must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the return date of the trip to the Schengen Area, and must be issued within the last 10 years on the day of leaving the Schengen Area.
Passport-size photograph: Two recent (not older than 3 months), passport-size, UK standard, color photographs with white background. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a charge associated with this service.
Proof of Status: UK Residence permit, endorsed in the passport or issued as a Biometrics card, must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the return date of the trip to the Schengen Area. C type visitor visa is not acceptable.
Confirmation of Employment: Employer letter (original – hand Signed) recent (less than 10 days old), signed, headed letter (addressed to the Embassy, name, and position of the signee and confirming applicant’s employment) also provide the latest 3 months payslips.
Bank statements: Original or pdf copy of 3 months UK current account bank statements. The financial ability for travel should show £ 50 per day of stay abroad and having sufficient funds to pay the cost of travel and accommodation. The statement shouldn’t be older than 5 days.
Proof of travel: (airplane, train, boat, coach, (hired) car) Confirmed return travel tickets mentioning applicant’s name and travel dates. When traveling by car, car registration, car insurance, and return travel tickets (ferry or Eurotunnel) mention the car’s registration number and driver’s driving license. If the applicant is not the driver, then the driver’s cover letter (signed & dated) confirming joint travel with the applicant and travel dates need to be provided too. When travel tickets have been paid through a travel agency, then a receipt, an invoice, or a payment confirmation is also required.
Proof of accommodation: Copy of confirmed hotel reservations including the name of the applicant, travel dates, and accommodation address details.
Travel insurance: (all-risk medical travel insurance) clearly showing the applicant’s name, covering the entire period of the intended stay in the Schengen Area. The minimum coverage for medical emergencies and repatriation must be € 30.000. If covered by your bank please provide a recent letter not older than 1 month confirming your insurance details.
Proof of business invitation: Invitation letter from a company/business confirming the purpose of visit, travel dates, and arrangements for accommodation/travel (if applicable).Entry tickets or registration for fairs/congresses/conferences/seminars only for employees. Students need to apply as a tourist
The time it takes for your visa application to be processed can vary and can take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days, depending on your country of origin and the embassy you are applying to.
